Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective dust bags and branded boxes are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our studio.
